Graham E. S. JonesGraham is an experienced trial lawyer representing individuals in a wide range of legal disputes, with a particular emphasis in the areas of employment law, personal injury, motor vehicle and civil litigation. Graham has been successful at every Court level, including the Ontario Court of Appeal, Federal Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada. In addition, he has been successful at numerous arbitrations before various tribunals and has appeared before the Commission of Inquiry into the deployment of Canadian Forces to Somalia. Graham received his Law Degree from Queen’s University in 1992. Prior to that, he received an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Trent University. Upon his call to the bar, he practiced as a sole practitioner before joining the law firm of Soloway Wright in 1994. He joined Shields & Hunt upon its formation in April 1996 and became a partner in January 1999.
