John H. John has successfully appeared before various adjudicative bodies, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Divisional Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal, the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Canada Industrial Relations Board, various Boards of Arbitration, the Ontario Municipal Board and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board of Ontario. Called to the Bar of Ontario in 1993, John received his undergraduate degree from Queen’s University in 1988 and his Bachelor of Laws from Queen’s University in 1991.
